BodyWorks: A Toolkit for
Healthy Teens & Strong Families

For over five years, KDG worked with Rife Communications and OWH to create a national program that would promote healthy eating and physical activity using materials based on a behavior change model for adolescents and their families. The project was adapted into a culturally appropriate version in Spanish. Newly designed adaptation was also developed for the American Indian/Alaskan Native population.
