Non-Profit Clinic Consortium (NPCC)
The Pfizer Foundation Health Literacy Community Grants Program funded a brochure for African American adults living with diabetes, in the District of Columbia, who are served by public health clinics. KDG worked in conjunction with ESI and Rife Communications to create a resource guide, poster, and daily record form. The pieces provided information that helped patients to better understand the cause, symptoms, and ways to control this disease.
